JCF Boot Camp

is Jersey City’s #1 fitness and nutrition boot camp for women of all ages and fitness levels.

Our program is designed to challenge YOUR fitness level! For 4 weeks, one hour a day, you will be motivated and pushed, not only physically, but mentally.

As a member of JCF Boot Camp, you will be put through a variety of exercises and activities to help you attain your health and fitness goals – ultimately obtaining optimum fitness!

Optimum physical fitness is made up of the following criteria:

Cardiovascular Endurance

The ability of the heart to provide oxygen to muscles during physical activity for a prolonged period of time…are you out of breathe climbing a flight of stairs?

Muscular Strength

The maximum amount of force a muscle or muscle group can develop during a single contraction… how much weight can you lift?

Muscular Endurance

The ability of a muscle to do continous work over a long period of time… how long can you lift the weight before failing?

Flexibility (range of motion)

The amount of movement that can be accomplished at a joint… can you touch your toes?  Are your muscles and joints flexible?

Body Composition

Healthy body weight; different tissue types including lean tissues (muscle, bone, blood, organs, etc.) that are metabolically active, and fat (adipose) tissue that is not.

Improving these 5 aspects, will improve your overall fitness and health!!
