Our program is made up of several training aspects, which include but are not limited to circuit training, functional training, resistance training, sports specific drills, abdominal & core work, agility, plyometrics, and cardiovascular exercise. Our dedicated staff and current Campers (whom are awesome to say the least) will motivate you and give you a sense of accountability, camaraderie, and support to help you reach your goals.
Through our partnership with Living Social, we are offering 2 offers:
• $29 ($147 value) for four boot camp sessions and a 30-minute consultation
• $49 ($199 value) for one month of unlimited boot camp sessions

What is JCF Boot Camp?
JCF Boot Camp is a powerful fitness program for women of all ages and fitness levels. Designed to help you reach your body’s true potential, these custom workouts are challenging, results oriented, and never, ever boring. Give us 1 hour a day, 4 days a week, and you’ll notice a remarkable transformation in both your body and your mind. A better body and a better life start here.

Is JCF Boot Camp only for those who are physically fit?
No. All fitness levels are welcome to join. No one will be asked to complete more than he/she is capable of doing safely. You will be challenged regardless of your fitness level.
Where are you located?
Our training sessions take place outdoors at J. Owen Grundy Park @ Exchange Place (Montgomery St. and Hudson St. JC, NJ 07302)

What time are classes offered?
Monday – 5:45am; 6:45am; 7:30pm
Tuesday – 5:45am; 6:45am; 7:30pm
Thursday – 5:45am; 6:45am; 7:30pm
Friday – 5:45am; 6:45am
What should I bring?
Members should bring the following:
• Exercise mat
• Dumbbells (5-20lbs; based on your fitness level)
• Resistance tubes
• Weight training gloves (optional)
• Most important – GREAT ATTITUDE!
