“It was a pleasure working with you during the august fitness boot camp. Before I signed-up for your camps, I was ‘out-of-shape’. I had started to develop love handles on my waist side and I just didn’t feel good physically. I tried going to a couple of gyms but I barely had any motivation to do it on my own. I would workout for 15 minutes and then leave. I also tried jogging around my neighborhood after work every night but that also yielded little to no result at all.
Having been a participant at your camp for the last one month, I HAVE SEEN RESULTS! Not only did I loose weight, not only am I looking slimmer but I go to work daily feeling more energized, stress-less and cheerful! Thank you so much. As long as I am still residing in Jersey City, I will be attending your camps. At first, I did not think I could wake up as early as 5am to workout. I said that wasn’t for me, but after the first week, I got used to it and I love it! I would rather workout before work than after work.
