What is JCF Health & Fitness?
We are a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Where are you located?
We’re located at 39 Erie Street in Downtown Jersey City…right around the corner from Grove Street PATH.
I'm not in great shape, is this program for me?
YES. Our program is for all fitness levels and body types. We have the ability to scale our workout for lower and higher fitness levels.
What are the sessions offered?
Sessions are offered:
Monday-Friday 530am; 7am
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
We focus on resistance training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). You can expect total body complex moves, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training, HIIT boxing, and core training.
