“I have enjoyed the Session II (09/08 – 10/08) from 5:30 – 6:30 AM. This is one of the best things I did. At first, I was not sure about getting up to workout at 5:30AM but after a day or two of the fresh air exercises, I was hooked.
This bootcamp has helped me change my lifestyle into the direction I have been trying to go for past 2 years. I feel great, confident, healthier and energetic. I have lost some weight, my clothes feel and look better on me now and I feel stronger. I see a big difference in me from the 1st day of the camp till last day. I have tried gym, taking dancing classes and etc activities to push me to do some workout but after a while everything became a routine and no one was there to push me to do better.
With Daris we have different workout everyday and he motivates for us to do better. I believe that soon I will be able to reach my goal of a healthier lifestyle.”
