So what is the 8 Week Rock My Skinny Jeans Challenge?

The Rock My Skinny Jeans Challenge (RMSJC) is an eight week body transformation program specifically designed for you to burn fat, tone muscles, AND drop 1-2 pant sizes getting you in those skinny jeans!  This program will also put your body into "after burn."

“After burn” is the state of heightened metabolism that takes place after a really good workout when certain variables take place during the workout session. In fact it’s scientifically proven that you can go into after burn and torch more calories for as much as 30 hours after a workout.

Each workout session is designed to put your body into “after burn” to help get the most fat loss during the eight week program.

Here is the best part… THIS IS A CHALLENGE! The participant with the most points at the end of the program will win $500 cash.

Our 4th Annual Rock My Skinny Jeans Challenge will start on Monday May 4, 2015.

We will have a CHALLENGE KICK-OFF to go over the program info and assessments on Saturday May 2, 2015 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  To take part in this challenge, you must attend the meeting.  *If you've done a Challenge with us previously, you may leave after the assessments. No other date will be provided.

•    commit to working out with my team of coaches and I for 8 weeks, at a minimum of 3-4 times per week
•    have your before and after measurements and pictures taken to document the incredible results you will be achieving with this program
•    receive the Challenge program guide which details all the program rules covering training and nutrition during your 8 week program
•    receive “at home” workouts so in the rare occasion that 3 work outs cannot be attended, you can ensure you still get your work out in.  These “at home” workouts can also be done as bonus training for even better results
•    receive an authorized food list of acceptable foods which can be eaten during the program,
•    receive individualized, custom nutrition ensuring you get optimal results,
•    receive advanced accountability to make reaching your goals a reality by keeping you motivated and your head in the game
•    commit to logging your nutrition daily (this takes 15 minutes, we’ll show you how), and bringing your previous days nutrition logs with you to all training sessions you attend during the 8 weeks
•   access to a secret online support forum which will help keep you motivated and allow daily updates on the program and how you can achieve even greater success

    Monday-Friday 530am; 7am

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7pm

    Sessions are 45 minutes long.

    We focus on resistance training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). You can expect total body complex moves, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training,  HIIT boxing, and core training.
