The Rock My Skinny Jeans Challenge is designed to provide an immersive experience to participants, which includes: unlimited boot camp, grocery store tour, and much, much more!
We’ll work to get you to your short term goal of fitting into those jeans, while crafting a way to make fitness a way of life over the long term!
Challenge Dates: April 1 – June 21
Challenge Kickoff: Saturday, March 30 (initial weigh-in and assessments)
Challenge Wrap up: Saturday, June 22 (final weigh-in and assessments)
Commencement & Potluck: Saturday June 22 7pm-10pm

You have an option to pay $439 upfront for the 12-week Challenge or pay $163 monthly for three months ($489) *1st time campers only
An additional $50 per month for three months. *Must have a current JCF Campership for rates to apply.

What size jeans should I bring?
We recommend that you bring a pair of jeans that are 1-3 sizes too small. The challenge is 12 weeks long, so we want to set a challenging but realistic goal.
What am I committing to?
We recommend that challenge participants attend a minimum of three weekly boot camp sessions. We expect participants to attend all weigh-ins. Each participant will be given a detailed description of challenge guidelines along with important dates prior to starting the challenge. As when you start boot camp, we’ll ask that you pledge your commitment to the challenge and to hold yourself accountable!
What sort of nutritional guidance will I receive?
Each participant will participate in our grocery store tour to learn the JCF principles to mastering the grocery store and will also take part in a nutrition workshop to learn our JCF pilars to fat-loss nutrition. Participants will receive a food journal that you will complete on a daily basis and self check with our practical point system. Participants will be given recommended daily caloric and protein intake range and a meal schedule.
When will the grocery store tour take place?
The grocery store tours will take place at Shop Rite (Marin Blvd. 07302) Sunday March 31st 9am and Wednesday April 3rd 7pm. You must choose one of the tour dates to attend. RSVP is required.
Can I quit the challenge and request a refund?
As is standard JCF policy, there are no refunds. However, if you must quit the challenge, we will determine the remaining value and apply the credit to subsequent boot camp cycles.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay online by clicking Join Now. You can also pay by cash or check if paying the full amount. Monthly payments are only for credit/debit card payments.
