JCF Boot Camp is a program for women of all ages and fitness levels. Our program is designed to challenge YOUR fitness level! For 4 weeks, one hour a day, you will be motivated and pushed, not only physically but also mentally. You will be put through a variety of exercises and activities to help you attain your health and fitness goals – ultimately obtaining optimum fitness.
JCF Boot Camp is made up of the following ingredients:

JCF Boot Camp Crazy 8 is an intense 2-week boot camp to push you above and beyond. For 8 days you are challenged not only physically but also mentally. The program consist of 4 sessions each week of muscle toning, fat shedding, calorie- burning training. For 8 days you will take your body to new levels in fitness for maximum results in a short period.
Double the effectiveness of JCF Boot Camp Crazy 8 with an even crazier, 2-week intensive, fat burning meal plan – JCF Crazy Meals. JCF Crazy Meals is a 2-week hard core, low-caloric, low-fat, low-carb meal plan designed to help melt away the fat to help you get in your best shape.
The plan includes Day 1 & Day 8 weigh-ins prior to class, daily food journal review and accountability, on-call nutritional coaching and a mean and lean diet plan
