JCF Boot Camp Fitness + Nutrition Packages

The Body Transformation package is JCF Boot Camp’s premium fitness and nutrition package.  This program is manufactured to produce the greatest results.  It includes four weeks of hard-core training 5 days per week as well as the Coach You to Weight-Loss nutrition plan.

The nutrition plan includes a customized menu tailored to your specific needs, a weekly food journal review, weekly weigh-ins, a phone and email consultation and around the clock support and motivation from our dedicated staff. We also take you on a grocery store tour to educate you on the ‘do’s and don’ts’ of filling up your cabinets and refrigerator.

This package also includes a body analysis, which measures your body composition so you can track and monitor your success.

JCF Boot Camp Fitness Programs

JCF Boot Camp is a program for women of all ages and fitness levels.  Our program is designed to challenge YOUR fitness level!  For 4 weeks, one hour a day, you will be motivated and pushed, not only physically but also mentally.  You will be put through a variety of exercises and activities to help you attain your health and fitness goals – ultimately obtaining optimum fitness.

JCF Boot Camp is made up of the following ingredients:

JCF Boot Camp Crazy 8 is an intense 2-week boot camp to push you above and beyond.  For 8 days you are challenged not only physically but also mentally.  The program consist of 4 sessions each week of muscle toning, fat shedding, calorie- burning training.  For 8 days you will take your body to new levels in fitness for maximum results in a short period.

Double the effectiveness of JCF Boot Camp Crazy 8 with an even crazier, 2-week intensive, fat burning meal plan – JCF Crazy Meals.  JCF Crazy Meals is a 2-week hard core, low-caloric, low-fat, low-carb meal plan designed to help melt away the fat to help you get in your best shape.

The plan includes Day 1 & Day 8 weigh-ins prior to class, daily food journal review and accountability, on-call nutritional coaching and a mean and lean diet plan

JCF Diapers & Dumbbells is a stroller exercise program that helps new mothers snap back into shape.  The program is designed to help mothers get fit without leaving their infants and/or toddlers at home.  Our trained professionals use various techniques designed specifically for moms looking to transform their post-baby body.  We utilize everyday parenting equipment such as strollers, in addition to dumbbells and resistance bands, to help tone, strengthen, and shape the body.

Coach You to Weight-Loss Nutrition plan is a one of kind customized program. This program begins with an initial phone/ email consultation to introduce you to the world of healthy eating.  The consultation is followed by a customized menu plan tailored to your specific needs.

To make sure that you maintain healthy eating habits, our weight-loss coach reviews your logged food journal daily and provides detailed feedback.  Weekly weigh ins are provided to help you, as well as your coach make sure you’re on the right track.

Our trained professionals provide around the clock support and motivation to ensure your success.

JCF Grocery Store Tours are designed to educate you on the ‘do’s and don’ts’ of making choices while grocery shopping.  This tour teaches you how to read labels in order to buy foods that provide the best overall nutritional value for your weight-loss and health goals.  In essence, you will learn to make the best decisions for yourself and family as well.

JCF Flex Card is for those who cannot commit to a full boot camp cycle.  This card allows you to pop in any of JCF Boot Camp sessions at any time at any location.  This card contains eight sessions and gives you the freedom to get a workout at your convenience.
