“If you are looking for something to keep yourself healthy, keep you in shape and actually works and help you loose some pounds ; if u are tired of trying everything such as gym, dance classes, dieting , exercising yourself , and wasting money then just join this boot camp and trust me this is all you have to do.
I joined boot camp in September and I LOVE IT. I feel great everyday after the workout and throughout the day. Another plus point is you make new friends who encourage you at points when you feel you can’t do it. Sometimes, we divide in teams and play games which keeps us going and is a good cardio workout.
Overall, this is the best you can do to keep yourself healthy and plus you get in shape with new friends. It is FUN. I am doing the next session too and hopefully keep it going until I can.
