“I am so happy I found this bootcamp. I used to be a big runner and in reccent years have gotten bored and unmotivated by the thought of running. It was time to find something new and energizing. The first week of boot camp my whole body was sore….a good sign that i was working muscles i hadn’t worked in years.
Each morning I woke up more and more energized and looked forward to the next day. Daris does an excellent job switching the workouts so that no workout is the same. During these 4 weeks i have lost inches, pounds and gained strength and energy. I have already signed up for the next session and look forward to it.
