“Over the past 10 years I have worked out at the gym and hit the pavement doing all forms of cardio. I love my cardio workouts but after a while it starts to feel very repetitive. I knew I needed something that would kick start my fitness to new levels. Bootcamp seemed like the challenge I was looking for.
After the first day working out with Daris my entire body was sore and over the next three weeks I felt my muscles and energy exploding. Daris broke me out of my standard routine and challenged the group to push themselves to new levels. He brings an extraordinary amount of experience, dedication and personally wants to help people make changes in their lives. My boot camp session with Daris was wonderful. My body has become stronger and more toned, my strength has increased and feel there are no limits to what I can do. I highly recommend the 4 week bootcamp program.
My only regret is not finding out about the boot camp sooner. I look forward to the next session and I already miss the 5:30 AM workouts!”
