    JCF is total body fitness and nutrition program. We are results-driven, fat loss program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

    Our training sessions take place at 39 Erie Street in Downtown Jersey City (between 2nd and 3rd Street)…right around the corner from Grove Street PATH.

    Our office is located at 121 Newark Avenue 5th Floor (corner of Grove St.)

  • q-iconI'm not in great shape, is this program for me?

    YES. Our program is for all fitness levels and body types. We have the ability to scale our workout for lower and higher fitness levels.

    People from any fitness level can participate in this challenge.

    Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs.
    Challengers range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 50 or more pounds to lose.
    All are welcome at JCF!

    Sessions are 45 minutes long.

  • q-iconWhat types of exercises are included in the program?

    We focus on resistance training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). You can expect total body complex moves, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training,  HIIT boxing, and core training.

  • q-iconHow is the winner determined?

    The winner is determined by the best visual transformation (before/after photos). The top 10 participants with the greatest improvement (relative weight loss, inches loss, body fat lost, and muscle % gained) will go into the winner’s circle.

    The team will then vote on the best visual transformation.

    That way, no matter if you have 10lbs or 50lbs to lose everyone has a fair shot at winning the grand prize.
