It’s time again for JCF Crazy 8 – our intense 2-week boot camp that allows you to shred pounds and get in shape before heading off to the beach for Memorial Day. JCF Crazy 8 consists of 4 sessions per week and is designed to keep workouts varied, fun, and effective.
JCF Crazy 8 begins Monday May 16 – May 27. Sessions will take place at 5:45am, 6:45am and at 7pm (COED).
