JCF Crazy 8!

It’s time again for JCF Crazy 8 – our intense 2-week boot camp that allows you to shred pounds and get in shape before heading off to the beach for Memorial Day.  JCF Crazy 8 consists of 4 sessions per week and is designed to keep workouts varied, fun, and effective.

JCF Crazy 8 begins Monday May 16 – May 27.  Sessions will take place at 5:45am, 6:45am and at 7pm (COED).

Week 1

5/16: Monday @ Lincoln Park: Upper Body
5/17: Tuesday @ Exchange Place: Lower Body
5/18: Wednesday @ Lincoln Park: Cardio
5/20: Friday @ Exchange Place: Full Body Challenge

Week 2

5/23: Monday @ Exchange Place: Lower Body
5/24: Tuesday @ Lincoln Park: Cardio
5/26: Thursday @ Lincoln Park: Full Body Challenge
5/27: Friday @ Exchange Place: Yoga
