Short on time to prepare food? Here are some tips from JCF’s Nutrition/Weight Loss Coach, Grace, on how to overcome short-on-time-convenient-food:
1-pre-shop-make sure to have all ingredients at least 2 days before
2-prep-cut veggies, make sauces, cook any time consuming grains or rice the day before
3-make any necessary preparation to help save time the day off of the party. If needed use the help of a slow cooker.
4-heat it up, cook it, or assemble your dish
