Here’s your at-home workout to be a part of our #BeatTheBlizzard2.0 Challenge.
Warm-up
Perform each exercise for 30 sec each exercise. Complete 2 rounds.
  • Jumping jacks
  • Squats
  • Glute raises
  • Hi-plank (straight arm plank)
Main Workout – The Smoker
Complete one round of the following in the fastest time possible. Include time in your check-in.
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 lunges
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 tricep dips
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 bicep curls (no DBs or resistance tubes (RT) perform 50 bicycle crunches)
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 single leg glute raises (25/side)
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 rows (no DBs or RT perform 50 supermans)
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 mountain climbers
  • 10 burpees
Finisher – Triple Triplets Finisher
Perform 3 minutes of the following circuit resting only when needed:
  • 3 tuck jumps
  • 3 push ups
  • 3 russian twists (per side)
Cool Down – 10 min stretch
