“I was involved in a bootcamp before I moved, so after my move here, it was important that I find something similar. I started bootcamp with Daris thinking I should be used to the routine, but Daris’ sessions threw a monkey wrench in my plans. I was sore the first couple weeks, but I was determined to see it through. I am glad I did.
Today was the last day of this session, and my clothes fit better, my breathing when walking up the subway stairs are not seeming like my last anymore, but most importantly I feel more fit and energized throughout the day. Now my challenge is to get my diet in tow with my workout so I can achieve my maximum goal.
