“I have been doing this workout for three months. I have lost over 25 pounds and three sizes!!! It’s amazing. Daris, the trainer, is not overbearing and makes it a motivating and fun experience. (This is as opposed to trainers who believe in the “yell-in-your-face” method of motivation.)
No matter what level you are at this program is worthwhile. You have the ability to control your own workout and push yourself within your own comfort zone at every session — granted this is no walk in the park.
Also nothing beats working out outside of a gym!!!”
