
Daris Wilson
Founder and Fitness Trainer
Daris Wilson is a fitness trainer and founder of JCF Boot Camp – “where fitness is a way of life.” He started JCF Boot Camp in 2008 to give women an effective alternative to pricey personal training sessions and traditional gym settings, where the bulky equipment can be intimidating.
Prior to starting JCF Boot Camp, Daris spent two years training private clients to reach their fitness goals. However, his personal fitness experience goes back several years.
As a former Division 1 college athlete, he has over ten years of sports conditioning training including sports specific training, endurance training, strength training, agility & quickness, performance enhancement training, plyometrics, weight training, pilates, yoga, boxing, and speed training.
Over the years, Daris has trained with performance enhancement guru Tom Shaw, while training along side some of the NFL’s standout players such as: All-Pro safety Darren Sharper, two-time Super Bowl champion Ike Taylor, Shawn Barber, Tamarick Vanover (former FSU and CFL standout), and Heisman winner Danny Wuerffel.
Daris utilizes his sports conditioning experience to produce non-traditional workouts that yield outstanding results for his clients.

Grace Ingravallo
Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach
Grace is the Nutrition / Weight-Loss Coach of JCF Boot Camp and believes in an overall healthy lifestyle of a balanced, fresh and clean approach to nutrition while providing support and motivation to each of her clients.
Prior to joining JCF, Grace struggled with weight loss after her second child birth. Since, Grace has lost 30 pounds and has devoted herself to a healthy lifestyle for both she and her family.
She has a passion for healthy living and applies this toward helping others reach their nutrition and weight loss goals. Her passion for overall wellness encourages others to succeed.
Grace will guide you through meal planning and navigating the aisles of your supermarket.
