“I started taking boot camp in January as I was preparing for my March wedding. I was looking to change my regular exercise routine and maybe drop a few pounds.
I worked with Grace and Daris for one month and lost 4 pound and was challenged with every class. I am now back for my third session and I continue to enjoy the challenges that Daris puts before us!
It is a great way to start the day and so much more enjoyable than any time at the gym.”
